1. What is the minimum requirement for AAT course?
Any 06 passes for G.C.E. O/L exam or any 05 passes for London O/L exam. There is no any age limit and it is open for anyone in any field of profession.
2. How about the course structure and exam methods?
AAT Sri Lanka conducted exams in January and July every year and the new intakes are also started at that time. There are 03 levels in AAT and each level has 04 subjects and a general subject of Business Communication.
3. How about the class and registration fee?
There are over 106 registered institutes for conducting AAT classes island-wide and students can join with one of the classes. The registration fee for school students is Rs.2500/- and for others Rs.3000/-
4. How about the course duration and medium of study?
A level can complete in 06 months and then the full course duration is 18 months. Or else students can do level 1 and 2 exams together and complete AAT in one year. Also they can study in Sinhala, English and Tamil.

AAT Sri Lanka is a full member of IFAC and CAPA international accounting bodies. There are many exemptions for CA/ CIMA/ ACCA/ CMA etc courses for those who have completed AAT course. And they can directly enter to degrees and MBAs locally and internationally.
